Truths to Hold On To
What we say about ourselves matters. It shapes our mindset and how we show up in the world. Today, I want you to reflect on these truths and remind yourself of who you are and who you are becoming:
1. I am blessed in more ways than I sometimes realize.
2. I have unique talents, and I’m learning how to use them well.
3. I am doing my best to take care of my body and my health.
4. I am choosing to find joy in the little things each day.
5. I am growing in confidence and learning to trust myself more.
6. I am valuable—not because of what I do, but because of who I am.
7. I am learning to let go of what’s weighing me down and walk in freedom.
8. I am forgiven by God, and I’m working on forgiving myself too.
9. I am getting ready for the opportunities ahead, even when I can’t see them yet.
10. I am learning to be more focused, disciplined, and intentional with my time.
11. I am working on patience, kindness, and being present with others.
12. I am growing, changing, and becoming the person God created me to be.
13. I am a child of God, and that will always be enough.
Let these words sink into your heart and your mind. You don’t have to have it all together, but you are making progress.
Also, remember: “Make allowance for each other’s faults and forgive anyone who offends you. Remember, the Lord forgave you, so you must forgive others.” (Colossians 3:13 NLT).
We never know what someone else is going through.
